Contest Regulation
A student is only allowed to take SASMO contest at 1 level and they can only attempt the contest either as a school candidate or private candidate, but not both.
Any student who attempts more than 1 SASMO contest in the same year will be disqualified.

Dear Singapore students and teachers,
Welcome to SASMO 2022.
Our competition is currently opened for registration. The following is the registration details.
In view of Covid-19 situation, the school is allowed to host SASMO either paper based or online. The students are allowed to take the competition from home if it is hosted online and invigilate by the school teacher. Minimum number of students to be able to register as school candidates are 10 students.
Fairness and security of our contest is very important for all contestants. Hence we have developed a set of procedures to ensure that all our contests are monitored and invigilated in the most secure setup.
The school can choose to host SASMO between 22nd March 2022 to 17th April 2022.

How to register
- School will send the parent invitation letter to the parents for them to register.
- The parents will pay directly to school either using cash or EduSave.
- Teacher can download the registration form , fill in the student information and upload them to https://form.simcc.org/. If you are unsure on how to upload them do email to admin@simcc.org and we will guide you on how to create an account and how to upload the form to the portal.
Private Candidate Registration
Dear Singapore students,
Welcome to SASMO 2022.
In view of Covid-19, we will host SASMO online for all private candidates.
The students can register for the competition from our portal and please refer below for the competition information:
Registration Date: 6 January 2022
Registration Deadline: 20 March 2022
Competition date: Either on April 9 or 10, 2022. We will send via email to you the actual detail after registration closing date.
Competition schedule: Contest Pass will be email to you one week prior to the competition
Mode of competition: Online
- This link is meant for all students in Singapore. Overseas students will have to register with the respective country partners.
- Registration fees will be forfeited for participants who could not or do not turn up for the competition.
- Schedule are arranged based on Grade and Slots by the Management. Booking of schedule is not allow .
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that the submitted names are entered correctly as these will be printed on the certificates. A charge of SGD50 per certificate will be levied for reprints.
- Registration fees must be paid by credit/debit card.
- An email and Stripe receipt will be sent to you once the registration is successfully completed. If you have not received either one of the emails, please email to admin@simcc.org or call us to check the status of your registration.
- The organizer reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations of the competition.
- Cancellation policy:
SIMCC will charge full rate on any cancellation once it is submitted. Any refund request can be submitted but subject to SIMCC management approval. Once it is approved, the refund amount can be used for other SIMCC competition of the same/lesser value. No cash refund is allowed.
